“Great value for a short stay.”
It's a good budget hotel. Late checkout. Good AC. Nice cafe two blocks south, and you can walk to the bus station less than 10 minutes. Location looks worse than reality, just a bunch of motorcycle repair shops on the street. People are friendly. We felt safe.

Reception are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping ladies were nice and polite. Located the area full of car repair /fixing streets. Still close to main center
