“Good hotel but bad neighbourhood”

Decent, basic hotel, just a few minutes walk north of bus terminal (and also similar distance to the principle square). Supermarket 2 blocks away. Really friendly, helpful staff (often offering us teas, coffees etc, throughout the day). Hotel regularly being cleaned, but small kitchen area sometimes a bit untidy (due to location and access). Front always locked (24 hour desk), and key access to room. Wifi/internet/network excellent throughout. Basic kitchen available for use, 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezers, blender, pots pans, etc Filling breakfast available at extra (reasonable) price. Relatively quiet, despite being on main road. Aircon in room. Recycle bins available (but little evidence they were used), rooms cleaned on request. They arranged a really good tour for us to Tatacoa desert. Large bedroom, comfortable bed(s), with bedside cabinets. Bright lighting (that could be switched to 'blue' for less intensity). Hooks available to hang clothes. Good sized bathroom, good lighting, hooks for towels.

Convenient location to the bus station as a stop off point. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money.

Very friendly Staff and you got nearly everything you need. Theres a kitchen, private bathroom, good bed and you can enter the hostel everytime you want.

Well located in Granada, room nice

Very good location, 10-15 nin ön foot the terminal the river and the main square too. The breakfast amazing and the host family also.

We were able to check in very late because we arrived with an late bus. The personal was really friendly and let us decide which room we wanted. The breakfast tasted good and we could leave our luggage for one night while we were in the desert.

Perfect for a nights stop over after arriving on a bus as about a 7min walk from terminal. Good aircon and friendly staff.

Host is really great. Breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable Hotel. Close to the terminal. Climatization in the room.

PLEASE STAY HERE! This place is an ideal hotel for a stop over when in Neiva - the family who run it are absolutely lovely, very kind and informative (so is their puppy Zeus! he is so cute!) The lady who runs it was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we need. We stayed for one night and had an afternoon bus, so looked after our bags for us whilst we went to a cash machine (which is only a 5 min walk) We had breakfast when we woke up with coffee and she ordered us a taxi to the station. As we got mixed up with bus times, they allowed us to stay at the hotel for a few hours whilst we waited and the lady offered us coffee, a room to use for the toilet and even offered us to lie down for a nap, if needed! The hosts are always smiling and bubbly. There are plenty of food options close and close to the bus terminal. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Overall lovely stay - advise if you are unsure where to stay in Neiva as the neighbourhood can have that 'unsafe' feeling.

“Recommendable!”

Nice room, all new and functioning, comfy bed, clean, both airco and fan. Good shower, only cold water but you really don't want hot water in hot Neiva. Quiet, inside the building it's very nice. Very nice people in charge, great breakfast on their small but pretty patio. Less than 10 minutes walk from the busstation but it's hot so maybe you prefer a taxi for COP 5.000..

The family that owns the hotel is lovely, super helpful with everything you may need, they make you feel very welcomed and kinda part of the family. Breakfast was super and the room comfortable.
