We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool was great, the room was huge, and everything was spotless. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were wonderful, professional, and provided service at a very high level. We also highly recommend the kitchen, as the food was delicious. The gym was another big plus, and we really loved the atmosphere of this hotel, which was built in 1957 and has a unique charm and character. Its location right in the city center was also very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

The fitness centre located on the terrace is large but actually has very few machines weights etc . Several machines are covered up . The breakfast was good . In the room itself, one of the metal hooks holding the towel in the bathroom fell off , almost hitting me on my foot .

We loved staying in the Neiva Plaza, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great in the middle of the city center, only 5 mins by taxi from the bus terminal. The hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities (nice big pool :), we loved everything and felt very welcome. Especially the Portier of the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very attentive and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, we had a view on the main square and could observe and enjoy it's lively atmosphere.

“Very good hotel in Neiva”

The Hotel Neiva Plaza is situated in the central square of the city of Neiva. It is comfortable and probably one of the best hotels in the city. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, with various options: different dishes (like caldo soup, sausages, veggies, omlette). Also eggs made on order are a possibility. They also have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, chocolate, tea. The hotel has hot water (in Colombia many hotels do not have this ammenity) with good pressure. Towels and toiletries are very good. Bed sheets and bed are also of good quality. The windows have good soundproofing. The hotel offers free coffee at the reception desk.

The hotel and the rooms are really spacious Wifi excellent Close to everything Nice food at the restaurant WARM WATER 💦 because normally there is no hot water to other accommodation because of the climate in the city that it’s always hot 🥵 Nice atmosphere in the hotel because of the swimming pool

Breakfast was great, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice was great. Staff very helpful, comfortable room great shower! Hotel pool is big and great for exercise.
