No communication between the hotel and myself until I arrived. There was a problem with the reservations because the hotel was under construction. No Internet and no Wi-fi. Was told about the problem when I arrived after 9 hours of travel. Had to stay with family for one night because if this. The staff has no regard for your vacation time. Jamaica motto - No Problem! Well, lack of communication is a BIG PROBLEM. Stay away until they hire new staff

The location of the villa is perfect, it's cozy and serene and very private. The staff is hospitable and friendly. The rooms are really nice and convenient as most persons in my group love to cook. It was close to the stores we needed to go and it was safe.
