“Okay for few hours before heading to airport”
We only used the room to have short sleep and shower before leaving for the airport at midnight. Room was simple but bed was comfortable. It was a low price so adequate for what we needed.

You get what you paid for. They charge extra (aprx.3€) for AC which I came to know at the very last moment right before check-in. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

“Ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend :))”
This property suited me perfectly with very good wifi, private room with en suite bathroom, AC and excellent location - only 150m to the best beach in Negombo and very easy level walk to cafes and shops. As a mature age solo female traveller, I felt very welcomed and looked after. The manager kindly organised my transport to my next destination. I highly recommend.

“All in all one of the good parts of my travel”
Big natural light room with Mango trees in the yard, Quiet and close to the sun set beach and seafood restaurants. Friendly and helpful stuff. I was happy to come back again 4 days before flying back home. Not to forget the good bicycle I have got friendly offered to use this days.

A great stay! The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
