“Location is good, wifi was not good”

Location was really good, next to beach and close to many restaurants. Staff was good and helpful. Welcoming with sweet smile. Room size was good, they had seperate space for bed and one big room which had fridge and a table with chairs to eat.

Decent room with comfy bed, place clean and spacious. Old building, but with vibes of staying in a nice villa of a friendly aunt. Climatic interior and exterior. Not every place has to be a brand new building. This one has a good price for what you get.

Churchill, the patron, could not have been more helpful, and amiable. Breakfasts were good, and all in all, it was a very nice experience and well equipped rooms!

One of the best stay I ever had

Village inn resort is situated close to browns beach. The hotel was really nice and the host was really helpful. Even offered to give me a lift on the day of the checkout

There was no breakfast, the restaurant was closed, in order to eat you need to go outside, but that's not a problem, there are plenty of places nearby. The room had no kettle and when we got one, the plug didn't fit the sockets

Reception staff was friendly.

It reminded me of years gone by. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. I was taking a night flight so was able to stay in the room until I had to leave in the evening for an extra 2000 rupees. Well worth it. They let me use the iron. Huge room with extra chairs a cupboard and a desk. The bathroom is very spacious and had hot water. But it is from years gone by. It all worked. The AC was very efficient. I stayed for one night only. So no worry. Good location.

The room was spacious and clean and the hosts were very helpful with helping me find out about the bus I needed to take. It’s good for a one night stop over after arriving in Sri Lanka.

Big room, but needed a total makeover. Location. Near the beach, small supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.

Owner and staff are so kind and welcoming. Room had AC and fridge, which was so good to store food and water. The location was really central, 5 min walk to beach and lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
