Great, spacious property. The owner was very attentive in answering questions and organising our airport pickup. We loved swimming in the pool. The breakfast was terrific and the best we had in Sri Lanka. There were about nine different fruits on our plate! We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we had the time.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and abundant. The locaties was also nice; calm and green. Which is nice because Negombo can be a bit busy.

The breakfast is just amazing! The location is great, very close to the town yet very quiet. The pool was great.

Last day in SL, nice place to wind-down with the pool to relax. Clean large room with a king-size bed and warm showers( in a cubicle!). Close to Negombo sandy Beach, though with enough distance to be away from the noise.
