Very quiet location, well appointed cottage with a nice kitchen setup. Close to the shops, beach and airport. Good aircon, wifi and laundry facilities. The elderly owners are very friendly and did provide a sumptuous lunch on a Sunday.

“Nice little cottage, fantastic value”
It's a really nice little cottage and you'll do well to better it if your looking for somewhere where you can self cater for the price. Free bicycle to use as well. Very quiet area. 1000r by pick me to or from airport. Great WiFi, warm shower, well equipped kitchen with gas hob & microwave. Very friendly family.

“Fresh, private and super comfortable!”
I stayed here for 30 days and It was a very pleasant month at Negombo. The cottage is private and in a quiet area as I needed to relax and work remotely. Also the way is constructed allows to keep it cool and fresh mostly all day so AC is not that necessary. It really became a place like home. I received help from the staff from the moment I arrived and they made sure I had everything I needed and more. I felt safe and embraced. I had a good bike to my disposal which was perfect to move around the neighborhood and to go to the beach. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Roseberry cottage! The cottage was clean and had a lovely cozy vibe to it. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the shower had hot water, the ac worked well and the bed was comfortable. Also the area was calm and peaceful but still in walking distance for anything you needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The owners were also very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed!

Very nice cottage for a peaceful vacation. Very close to town and the beach. Full occupied kitchen. Air conditioning fridge fan television available. Kindly owner. Great hospitality. Clean and very acctractive interior designs.
