The privacy of having the entire villa to ourselves. The feeling of being safe with caretaker around to provide security as well. Friendly host Shehan was flexible and accommodating with our requests. Short although slightly rocky walk to the beach that is protected by some reefs which calms the waves and makes it safe for children.

“Definitely worth to come back!”
Such a peaceful place and a beautiful house! The owner Shehan picked us up from the airport and we were there in less than half an hour. The staff was so welcoming and attentive. They prepared a delicious Sri Lankan dinner for us and a great breakfast next morning. The house is brand new and very tastefully furnished. Antique beds with high quality mattresses are simply a dream. Bathrooms are beautiful. We would definitely recommend Park Lane Beach House to all our friends. Since Shehan also offers high standard individually tailored tours, we spontaneously decided to undertake our Sri Lanka trip with him.
