They were up and running at 1AM for our arrival, loved how entire staff was constantly smiling and wanting to help, very very good area, very safe. The Balcony is loveeeee, i sat there for hours reading my book.

Good location away from busy Beach Road, nice and quiet. The room was very large with a well equipped kitchen with big fridge. Comfortable balcony to sit and listen to the birds.

“Amazing time at this property”
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is located very close to the Main Street of Negombo, but just far enough so you are not disturbed by the noise. We rented their Tuktuk for 3 weeks and we had an amazing time in Sri Lanka. The Tuktuk is really new, so we did not have any problems when driving from Negombo all the way through Sri Lanka and ended our journey in Galle. Shehan was extremely helpful throughout our stay and the rest of our time in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for everything, we really appreciate it.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights in this apartment. It felt very homely, huge room.and comfortable bed. I loved the balcony, watching the birds from my bed in the morning was so relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I was able to cook fresh fish from the Fish market. The owner is very friendly and even woke up early to open the gate and help me with my luggage during check-out at 4 a.m. I truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended

“Large apartment in a quiet spot close to Negombo beach”
Friendly staff, located in a quiet neighbourhood, nice balcony and spacious apartment. A good breakfast. What more does one need? The location near the international airport and Negombo beach makes it a great stop before exploring Sri Lanka.

Easy walk to the beach area. Relaxed, lovely breakfast, Shehan was very accommodating of an early checkout. Beds very comfortable and rooms had a lot of space. Close to airport.

“Reasonable guest house and close to beach and all restaurants and bars.”
Arrived late at night but met at the airport by the son of the owner, so easy to check in. Good breakfast, Sri Lankan curry possible if ordered beforehand. Comfortable bed and effective air conditioner. Easy walk into main centre of Negombo.
