Gorgeous villa, Great pool..they even gave us a floaty for my son to play with. Really well kitted out villa, lovely coffee machine. Breakfast was lovely, really helpful and friendly staff. Great for a stay close to the airport, beach is very close...Great to watch the sunset!

Great place for relaxing family stay, pool was great for our toddler. Property has all the amenities to give home comfort.

“Perfect place to relax pre-flight!”

This beach villa is incredibly comfortable and well provisioned with everything you could need! We only stayed for one night before we went to the airport (great location for airport) but wish we could have stayed longer. The private pool is incredible and the beach is only 100m away! Fernando and Rodni made us feel very welcome and even agreed to give us a late check out so we could enjoy the pool before our evening flight! The only minor downside is the location is far away from the main restaurant area, however, it was very easy and cheap to grab a tuk tuk in and the remoteness of the location made for a very quiet relaxing experience! (The tuk tuk rides were worth it just for the beautiful views of the fishing boats)

An amazing place to spend time at. There are all the things you need to make your stay wonderful. Very clean and convenient. Villa is equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to appliances to bedding. Location is just so breathtaking. Beach is just 100m away from the villa. Super cozy overall. Would highly recommend.

“Lovely villa for a short stay after/before flight”

It was perfect for what we needed, a place to reset after a long flight. The villa was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our 1 year old loved the pool, as did we. The location isn’t walking distance to restaurants (although the hosts can arrange a tuktuk) but fernando and Rodni picked up a delicious take away for us in the evening. Thank you so much for the stay.

What a modern villa! It’s very quiet there, especially in the evening, and offers a lot of privacy. WLAN is very Good. The bed is big and comfortable. For me, it’s the perfect place to relax. The owner lives out of the country but is always available to contact. Daniyel, who is very friendly, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. It takes just one minute to get to the beach, and it’s so nice in the evening to walk along the beach and watch the sunset. The villa’s location is very easy to find. Daniyel maintained good contact with me, so renting the villa was very easy. I’ve already booked it again to show my girlfriend. Thank you very much.

“Amazing find”

This is a beautiful appointed One bedroom villa. There is a beautiful private swimming pool with little garden and 2 Sun beds. This space is entirely private and not overlooked. Inside the Villa there is a tastefully designed open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room with a toilet room to the side. This large space looks out to the swimming pool. The dual aspect bedroom is large and can accommodate two king size beds. There are well appointed lights and fixtures either side of the bed. The room itself has a beautiful en suite bathroom. The bedroom over looks the patio area. The dwelling has all modern conveniences with air conditioning in the main living space and in the bedroom. The kitchen has an excellent fridge freezer and all of the pots and pans and plates to cook with. There is a coffee plunger for use, a juicer, toaster and kettle. The location is just down from the beach and although it is a little separate from Negombo ,it is within easy distance with a tuk tuk. This is a great place to stay entirely private safe and secure with very modern feel to it. Daniyel was an excellent host and would go out of his way to help and that was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are around the Negombo area
