The look and feel and cleanliness the service the smell it was so great we couldn't believe its that price we found much more value than what we paid. The place is so picturesque and it's so clean and it smells great and the service is stellar.

So comfy and clean, literally perfect for a first night solo travelling when in need of a comfy bed and safe space. Huge beds and really nice cool rooms. The shower was lovely and clean too! And the Sri Lankan breakfast was one of my favourite of the whole trip.

It was a terrible stay. The people were very pushy; they harassed us. They were very stalker-like. The day before, they had already been calling multiple times to ask where they were. They didn't help us carry our luggage to our room; we had to do it ourselves while they just stood there. In the morning, there was extremely loud music playing, very early on. The music was very loud. That same morning, they called and texted us countless times while we were still sleeping. It was truly disgusting. We were going to pay regardless when we checked out. I am going to add a screenshot here to show how often they disturbed us with the calling and texting. On top of that, they also lied to us. They were very unfriendly. I would never come here again!!

Good value for money, room spacious, good shower, good balcony. They waited up late for us to check in around midnight. And they arrange our shuttle from the airport and to dambulla. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable bed, hot showers and loved having a pool to cool off. Short walk to the Main Street and beach. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

We stayed at Negombo Boutique Hotel on our first night in Sri Lanka after landing in Colombo, and it was the perfect start to our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Kavindi on reception was especially friendly and helpful, and Niranga was also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them during our stay. A small but very memorable moment really summed up their kindness. My son had an unfortunate bird-related incident at the airport, and when I asked for a bucket to wash his clothes, the staff kindly took care of it themselves and returned everything clean. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture. The food was excellent as well. Chefs Rukshan and Kavindu were brilliant, especially in catering for my son’s severe dairy and egg allergies, which gave us real peace of mind. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and full of charm. My son loved the pool straight away, and the dancing Santa Claus (as it was just before Christmas) was a fun and memorable touch. Overall, a fantastic stay with genuinely caring staff. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

The staff were exceptional! The loveliest people i have ever met. Rooms very nice, hotel is new and I love the design! Great location. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was a very limited choice, but I am fussy. The birds were very noisy outside the room at night. My only gripe i booked a taxi through the hotel for a agreed price and during the journey I received a call from the taxi boss asking for more money due to the war?. Id reccomend using UBER not the hotels taxi atrangement! The room was not serviced during my stay.
