We stayed at Merlin Villa on our last day in Sri Lanka, and it was the perfect choice! We needed a budget-friendly place that could comfortably accommodate six people, including kids, and be close to the airport. Merlin Villa ticked all the boxes. The place was very clean and tidy, with an old charm that made it feel cozy and welcoming. It’s clearly well-maintained, and the owner himself was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a homestay with excellent service and a warm, comfortable atmosphere!

“Heritage and Culture”
The property is located near amenities and is a USD 1 tuk tuk drive from Negombo Town Centre. Lots of Food Shops, supermarkets and Public Transportation are available. It is a 100+ year-old Villa (house). You could experience the heritage and culture. Lot of Space for a big family.

“Comfortable”
We stayed here having just arrived. It was a good big clean room with comfortable beds for all 5 of us (two adults and three kids). Super helpful host.

“Exceptional!!!”
Excellent location if you want to stay near to the city. Located by the main road yet the place is calm and quite. The villa is looking great from the outside. It gives you kind of a home feeling. I booked the family room and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and we could access TV room and the kitchen too. The host is also very friendly and treated us with great hospitality. Overall experience is really nice and will choose Merlyn Villa for my next stay for sure.
