Great host, very friendly! Me and my friends last minute booked this place as our other hostel wasn’t what we expected and left early. The host was great he was very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were very clean and great for me and my friends. The staff really looked after us. And also had amazing breakfasts! Wish we stayed longer! Definitely will be back

“Great for an overnight after a late arrival into colombo”

Clean and good AC make sure you have bottled water and be clear on your breakfast order. Great garden. Squirrels, crows, birds, fish and the staff were great

We stopped at this villa to rest before catching our long flight to Toronto. The atmosphere of the villa is exceptional, and we really appreciated the effort they put into maintaining the beautiful garden. Staying in such an environment gave all of us a totally different and relaxing experience. Krishantha and his family are very polite and kind. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and they even made tea for our parents. The room and washrooms were very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The mattresses and blankets were very soft and comfortable. My mother lost her phone at the villa, and Krishantha kindly offered to bring it to the airport if that worked for us. He is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met. We will definitely come back to this villa next time as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Krishan Villa. The lady host was extremely kind and thoughtful. It was very hot, and even though we hadn’t booked an AC room, she upgraded us to one without charging anything extra. That gesture meant a lot and made our stay so much more comfortable. Her hospitality was truly amazing.

“Must-try Homestay in Sri Lanka”

The first moment I stepped in, I instantly fell in love with the environment. It felt as if I was submerged in the depths of a natural forest within a bustling city. The atmosphere was soothing and quiet, accompanied with the sounds of birds and crickets. Speaking as a Malaysian, it felt like home. The room was surprisingly clean and well maintained in contrast to other homestays around the area. The host, Sir Krishan was very friendly and treated us as if we were a family. Being greeted with morning tea and the local Sri Lankan snacks was lovely. However, it was truly unfortunate as we were not staying long enough to take a stroll around the garden. I would personally recommend a stay of around 2 to 3 nights and really immerse yourself with the tourist spots around Negombo. Love from Malaysia! ❤

Every corner has that perfect blend of nature and refined style. What truly made our stay special were the hosts. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of their way to help with everything – from airport pick-up tips to local recommendations and even small thoughtful gestures that made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the airport and nearby attractions, making it an ideal spot to unwind after travel or before heading out. If you're a lover of nature, tranquility, and beautiful aesthetics, this is absolutely the place for you. “Such a great garden area to start up your Sri Lanka trip”

The green cosy location was a great start for my Sri Lanka travel. The staff were all very kind, Tania picked me up in a very convenient way at the airport. They also brought me to Colombo. Was a safe stay, you can walk around the area for hours to discover new adventures.

The staff is very nice and helpful, and the garden is like a gardeners dream, taken care of with much love and knowledge. Location is very nice and quiet, away from busy streets and traffic.

“Four days in Negombo”

We've had a fantastic few nights staying at Krishan Villa. The owner was kind enough to pick us up after a late night arrival from the airport. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay prepared on site which was absolutley delicious. We stayed in a lovely room with a private garden area....the gardens at the villa are beautiful! Even though its a little bit of a distance into the town/beach you can easily get there by a lift from the owner or pickme/tuk tuk. We would definitely recommend the villa to others and will hopefully return soon.
