“All in all i know we are in sri lanka but it was not that cheap a clean bathroom and a clean bedsheet would have been ni”
The owners are really nice, welcoming they want you to be happy and carefree. They make you tea and breakfast if you want. They can help you with anything, and the place is in the city center approx. 20 min ealk from the beach. With tuktuk it is just 5 min.

“Lovely homestay in Negombo”
The hosts were lovely, their house was beautiful and well located. We really enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast. The room was big and had good air conditioning and fans, good rack space to hang towels We would like to come back

“Amazing family and facilities. Very thankful.”
We are so grateful for this homestay. The family was incredibly welcoming and fed us a beautiful dinner and breakfast. It was difficult with the rains and some water damage but they moved us to a room that was even better than we booked and looked after us so well. I cannot rate this homestay more highly. It is also in a great spot to explore Negombo. A beautiful home! Thank you so much.

The is a beautiful guest house with airy living spaces and wooden ceilings set in lovely, private gardens down a quiet street. It is within easy walking distance of main roads with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The bus terminal and train station are short tuik tuk rides away. But the stand out attraction is Champika who welcomes you into her house like a friend. We stayed 3 nights and on the 3rd morning she rewarded us with a breakfast to Sri Lankan delicacies. Immaculately clean with excellent aircon, wifi and lots of hot water. Would highly recommend.

“A perfect Homestay in Negombo.”
The property was clean and spacious. Our room was perfect for us, air con, towels, mosquito nets, plenty of space for 2. There were shops walking distance to us and there was a very short, cheap and easy to access tuk tuk to main Negombo beach. Our host was amazing, so so kind, friendly and informative. We were greeted with tea and a homely welcome. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend cosy nest home stay for anyone’s time in Negombo.
