Ann Villa is a 15 minute drive from the airport so very convenient. We had an early flight and a packed breakfast was provided for us which we appreciated. Our hosts and their daughter were very helpful to us when we were trying to check in on lime. Thank you, .

Very clean room, excellent breakfast. The host went out of his way when our late flight was further delayed 2 and a half hours, meaning we arrived in the middle of the night.

Ann Villa is a beautiful bungalow in a lovely garden ideally located close to the airport at Negombo. It has an attractive patio area where breakfast can be served. The interior consists of a large comfortable bedroom, small lounge/kitchenette and a shower room. All in all, everything you could need for your stay.

host was lovely, organised driver from airport - very straight forward after a long 20 hour travel. Close to airport and needed comfy bed...so was perfect. Our host was very eager to please with breakfast....and put in 120% Even organised driver next day, however Im not sure he knew where he was taking us hahaha. overall.....such lovely people, I felt like i was waving goodbye to my fmaily after 1 night.

The host is really kind and helped us with everything. Big breakfast with fresh fruits and everything we needed.

“beautiful garden and lovely host”

A perfect place for rest after a long flight, 15 mins from airport. The host is so helpful, and a beautiful garden full of fruit trees and plants. Really a nice touch of Sri Lanka with nature and lovely people.

“Good for a night close to the airport”

Large space with nice patio and garden. Birdsong in the morning. Very friendly, willing and helpful owner. Nice to have a kettle and cups but take your own tea bags/coffee as none provided in the room. Quite close to the airport so convenient for a one night stay for late arrival or early departure (the owner was willing to stay up late to greet us on arrival). I think you'd need to prearrange the transfer as the place is a little hard to find (we had a driver/guide for our trip but otherwise the owner could probably organise this for you).
