“Good location, perfectly equipped apartment, wonderful hosts”
They really thought of every detail when furnishing this apartment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, enough towels, a washing machine, two bathrooms (two toilets), a balcony and a large terrace (possibility to see both sunrise and sunset from there). The apartment is surrounded by citrus fruits, grapes, peaches and many other fruits and vegetables that we were allowed to use. The location is good, you can get to the beach by a not too steep road, it is isolated from the noise, great for exploring the beautiful island. And finally the hosts - who are helpful and unobtrusive, to be desired.

“A very cosy and nice place to stay, with very pleasant host, for a reasonable price”
The host (Joško) welcomed us and handed the keys. He turned on the AC before our arrival which was great. Every room (3 bedrooms) had a device for mosquitos. Kitchen had all the necessary accessories, everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. Host had a nice balance of making sure that everything runs smoothly related to our stay, but not being pushy at the same time. We can definitely recommend this place during this post-covid time with excessive prices everywhere.

It was our third stay in this Karlo appartment and we enjoyed it as usually. Apparment with bautiful garden, two bathrooms and very kind owner. There are two large teraces and especially one of them with breathtaking view to Nečujam bay and to Split. We spent lot of time on this terrace with high quality chairs and table (no the traditional cheapest plastic furniture as in lot of croatian accomodations). Of course I can recommend this appartment, but I hope it will not be still fully occupied and we will have a chance in future to book and come again :)
