Alberto welcomed us with a homemade ice cream and a smile. Clean and spacious apartment, comfy bed, nice sheets, and plenty of towels and soap. Extra 40k COP/night for aircon. Kitchen equipment of poor standard and inadequate for self-catering. Some of the mugs and plates had cracks in them and would look a lot better replaced. Great location - 3 blocks from the main square, and about 4 blocks from the seafront. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant next door every day (4 nights) - great food at very reasonable prices, and friendly service. Laundry service next door that we preferred for morning coffee.

Stayed here before going to Capurgana, staff were really helpful & friendly as we arrived late. They also looked after one of our bags.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist rushed through the check-in process because he wanted to attend an ongoing event. The room was tiny and separated from the bathroom only by a flimsy plastic curtain. It smelled damp and musty. The next morning, we had an early ferry to Capurganá. The owner assured us he would book a tuk-tuk, but after waiting 10 minutes, we asked where it was. He casually said no tuk-tuks run that early and admitted he hadn’t been able to book one. This left us with no choice but to sprint 15 minutes to the ferry, with heavy luggage and while feeling unwell, to avoid missing it. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel!

There was even the option for a laundry service for a fair price. They even repared a hole in my shirt, even tho I didnt ask for. That was so kind, I really appreciated it!

“Fantastic value for money.”
Friendly welcome with iced are and a coconut icecream, very welcome in the heat of the day. The owner was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Clean spacious room with 2 fans, needed as this town is hot! Would stay again if in Necoccli. We only stayed a night on our way to Zapzurro. Great little restaurant/street grill next door, again friendly staff.

The hostel owner greeted us with coco helado and water, she also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking a boat to capurgana! our room had a fan which kept us cool overnight and was very clean!

Easy check in even very late in the night. Shower, bed, kitchen everything is fine but nothing special.
