Very clean and modern villa! The host was extremely welcoming and wanted to be sure we get everything we need, very attentive and nice! We had a perfect stay!

Wonderful place for a holiday! Hotel Villa Maria in Nea Vrasna is amazing – with a great location and a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, close to the restaurants in Asprovalta and also near grocery stores, which is very convenient. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!

The villa is wonderful – everything inside is clean, new, and with a lovely fresh scent. The bedding is spotless and smells amazing, and the bathroom is perfectly clean. The garden is beautifully maintained, all green and delightful. The beach is very close, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The manager is very kind and always available – whatever you need, you get right away. We will definitely come back again next year!

A special mention to Alexander, the manager – an amazing young guy who clearly loves his job. His professionalism and positive attitude made our stay even better. Manager is very friendly always making sure the guests are comfortable and receive what they need. The rooms are very clean, equipped with everything you need. Location is very good, Neo Vrasna is a very pleasant village with tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. We definitely recommend Villa Maria, location and surroundings and we plan to come back :-)

Villa Maria is the best place to stay in the area. Next to the beach and close to the best taverns in Asprovalta.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The most polite host Mr Demis and the staff make this place favorite for my family.

“Great holiday”

Very nice and clean rooms, with new furniture. There are some common area on the terrace were you can stay together, if you are a group, as we were (3 families with kids). The villa is very close to the beach. You can find everything you need (tavernas, coffee shop, bakery’s) only at walking distance.

We travel a lot, but this was one of the best vacations we had. The hotel was new, clean, nice, in a very good location with parking, 1 minute walk to the beach, 3 min walk to the very tasty and not expensive restaurant and the owner really cares for the guests. Thank you!
