Very nice and clean apartment. Kitchen has everything that one family needs. Host is very nice man, best wishes to him. It has parking next to villa, its in peacefull street, everything for good vocation.

“Well Beyond Our Expectations”
1) Location: Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and main road yet still quiet. 2) Build quality: Everything was virtually brand new, chosen from good brands. By everything I'm talking about the building itself and everything in it. We were very surprised and pleased. 3) Room amenities: A small room but it's got everything you may need, incl. a nice pod coffee machine and lots of pods at your service. The AC is not put on top of the bed just to freeze in your sleep like in most hotel rooms but in the small hallway, which ensures your comfort by all means. Smart! 4) People: Last but not least. It's a family run hotel. Every single person we interacted with was the nicest and kindest. We can't thank you enough!

“A lovely vacation in Nea Vrasna”
The rooms are spacious and very clean and the hosts are very hospitable and kind. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach, the shops and centre and at the same time on a quiet street. We stayed in a room on the third floor and the view was fantastic.

Filimon place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the beach and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Filimon was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us.Parking place is free. I would definitely come again!
