⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We spent 5 wonderful days at Kaliva House and everything was absolutely amazing. This is one of the best holiday accommodations we have ever stayed in. The location is simply perfect – right on the beach with stunning sea views, in a peaceful and quiet area, yet only a short walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped. The three bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for our family, the living room was large and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the large terrace with its breathtaking view. The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a lovely garden, barbecue facilities, and complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs provided for guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home. The host was outstanding—always responding immediately and willing to help with anything we needed. We were also welcomed with delicious complimentary sweets, which was a very thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. We honestly cannot find a single negative thing to mention. We would happily return and highly recommend Kaliva House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Nea Vrasna. We had a wonderful stay by the beach. The place was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, and the view is just amazing. The owners are extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return.

Everything perfectly matches the description and the photos. The house is very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a beautiful and peaceful yard – an ideal place to relax. The area is very quiet and calm, which makes for a truly restful stay. The host was extremely responsive and always available if needed. Great place to stay! Very cosy, comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary for long stay,house. Amazing view to the sea, quite for relaxing,even on the garden during the day! Also we were impressed by how clean it is! Great for couples, families with kids.The support and all provided information and assistance was excellent!Will visit next year again, for sure!

Amazing location, perfect house for a family vacation

The house and the place was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house is next to the centre but it's very quiet and has a stunning view to the sea.

We are very pleased with our stay in this beautiful house. We were six adults, three married couples and we are all very satisfied with the comfort provided by the house. We have nothing but praise for the hosts. From the moment we arrived until our return, they took care of us and our needs. The house has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We thought that one bathroom would be a problem for us, but it wasn't in the slightest. Everything was as it should be. We will be back.

It was great! We were 6 adults with a baby and a 2-year-old child. The house was spacious enough for us and looked better than in the pictures. Spacious and bright living room with large kitchen and refrigerator. Three good sized separate bedrooms, a great veranda with sea view and a very well kept yard. The whole house together with the outside area were excellently cleaned. The beds were comfortable. There is one bathroom with a toilet, which initially worried me, but turned out not to be a big problem. Two sunbeds and an beach umbrella were provided for our use. We traveled with two cars, which we parked calmly in front of the house. The location of the house is more than perfect, especially when you are with children. Special thanks to Kostas, the owner's son, who was quick to respond to all my queries and requests! Thank you for your kind assistance before and during our stay! We will be happy to stay at Kaliva house again!

Excellent house, the best location - practically on the beach with very nice view to sunrise. The property is handled very good, it is very, very clean and equipped with all you need for vacation stay. My complaints to the owners for the way they handle the property. Defiantly going back next summer.

I liked everything about the property. It was clean cozy, closed to the main restaurants and beach. The view is one of a kind, you can relax outside on the terrasse and if you want to take a quick bath in the see it is in front of you. The hosts were amazing and they made our stay 10 times better. The house has all the amenities that you will ever need.
