Amalia Rooms Sea View is located on the beach. It has it's own area of the beach, with umbrellas and deck-chairs, free of charge for the people hosted in this hotel. Amalia Rooms Sea View is a pet friendly place. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The position of this place, makes it a very good option. The beach in this area is wide enough. Even if the beach is a mix of sand and small stones, the entrance in the sea is clear and clean. The sea water is getting deep quite close to the entrance and that could be a problem for the families with small children. But the water is usually calm and clear.

My stay at Amalia Rooms was extremely disappointing. The level of hygiene was far below any acceptable standard — the towels were changed only once in four days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges almost 200 euros per night. For this price, I expected proper daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a clean, well-maintained room. Instead, the service felt careless and unprofessional. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness shows a serious disregard for guests’ comfort. Overall, this was not worth the money, and I would not recommend Amalia Rooms to anyone who expects even the minimum level of hygiene and service for such a high price.

Everything was great! Room - really comfortable with everything needed for the stay. Very clean! Location - amazing! Just 20m from the beach. The beach was great too, really comfortable, not too crowded, the staff on the beach were kind and friendly. I will go again! I recommend it with both hands🙌🏻

Great location, 10 minutes walk from Asprovalta, private beach, kind, professional and helpful staff both inside the villa and outside on the beach, good food and beverages, clean. Special thanks to Giannis, a member of the beach staff, for his timely and courteous service. Will come back for sure.

We arrived much later than expected — our original plan was to check in around 9 PM, but due to delays, we didn’t make it until midnight. Despite the late hour, the host was there to welcome us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, which immediately made us feel at ease. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Even so, the room was spotless — a pleasant surprise! We also appreciated that the balcony was secure enough for our cat to enjoy safely, which made our stay even more relaxing. Speaking of relaxation, the beach is literally just steps away — about 10, to be exact! The beach bar is also fantastic, offering everything you might need throughout the day so you can stay comfortably on your sunbed and just unwind.

“Great price for quality choice, I totally recommend it!”
The hotel was brand new and shiny and the girl at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and there was a big terrace with nice sea view. We were given a compliment when we checked-out - a bottle of white wine.

It was next to the beach, in a very nice area. The beach was private, so it was not crowded. The breakfast was incredibly good, fresh and complex.

The house is right on the beach and there are umbrellas and sunbeds for the guests (other people can come as well - you only pay for food and drinks). The staff was friendly and helpful. You can press a button that shows the staff you want the room to be cleaned, and they do it every time (there is a do-not disturb button as well). The rooms have everything you need for a decent vacation. There are parking spaces just in front of the house which is quite convenient. The breakfast was really good with enough choice for everybody. Most of the things were the same every day, but there were variety of options to choose from and eat differently. Everything was really tasty.
