Overview
Located right on the sandy beach of Nea Roda, Xerxis Studios offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and views over the garden or the sea. Right in front of the complex, you will find a café-bar serving breakfast and meals. Xerxis studios are simply, yet tastefully furnished and open out to a private balcony. They include a kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, a TV with international channels and air conditioning. Each unit also has its own bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Guests can take a walk along the cobbled seaside streets featuring bars, cafes and taverns. The town of Ierissos is 5 km away. Within half-an-hour boat ride, you can also visit Mount Athos. Free parking can be found near the premises.

“Wonderful time at Xerxis, super friendly hosts, amazing food, beach crazily close to accommodation”
My stay at Xerxis and the time spent there was absolutely fantastic. The owners were amazing and willing not only to host me but also to accommodate any additional requests I had. Since I was there off-season, I enjoyed the peace both in the accommodation and on the beach. I must mention that the apartments include a large bar and restaurant (right across the street) as well as a beautiful beach with sun loungers available for apartment guests. I noticed that they were setting up a children's playground right next to the restaurant, which will be very convenient for all parents visiting with their kids. Moreover, the food in the restaurant is excellent, the local cheese is wonderful, and the fish is phenomenal—truly highly recommended.

“Perfect stay at the quiet place with fantastic food”
We had one of the best stays. The owner is a great person, always responsive, open to help any time day or night. Rooms are clean, beds are cosy, kitchen is good equipped. If you pickup a sea view, you will just get loved in the color of the sea. And the meals, can’t be described. Might be the only place I ever visit where you eat fantastic cooked food (no fast or trash food).

At that time of the year we were there for fishing, great location, everything is close by....Tripiti, Amouliani island, Ierissos...all wonderful places...front line hotel, the best view that will fill your soul with happiness...sea, sun, fish...you don't need anything else! Thank you, Greece!

“Romantic vacation”
Great location-only 10 m to the beach. The host and his wife were very polite and collaborate us for everything, even for book the cruize.

“The best stay and host ever”
We felt like we are at home. Everything was excellent. Location of the property, the room was big enough, sea view, the bar had everything we asked for, food was just perfect and the portion was big enough, beach and sea were clean. In June is not too crowded and the recommendation is to visit Xerxis then. We're coming back for sure.

We lived in the room with sea view and it was amazing! The appartment is small but thre is everything that you need for the comfort accomodation: comfortable beds, small fully equpted kitchen, clothes dryer, mop and bucket, hot water in the shower, table and chairs in the balcony. There are were juice and water in the fridge, fruits in the table and coffee capsules for coffee machine. It could be noise from the neighbours but it is usual situation almost everywhere. There is Family Supermarket not far from the apartment and there is possibility to buy fresh fish from the car every morning. Usually this car was in the street marked with green line in my photo.
