“Great place for a quiet vacation!”
Everything! The apartment was super clean and well furnished with pretty much anything you might need taken care of for you, location is excellent can't beat it and the host super nice and helpful, cant recommend this place enough :)

The sea and the beach were very close, the view from the balcony is great, and there is no direct sunlight on the balcony after ~10AM, so it's not too hot.

The location was perfect, just 2 min from the beach. The loft has got all the necessary amneties.

Great appartments! Nikoleta is really friendly, helpful and accommodating host. New and stylish repair with modern furniture. Everything in the apartments is thought-out to the very smallest detail. Great location, just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

“amazing!”
The apartment is just beachfront...for me it was the first time when the reality has beaten the presentation photos...it seemed that no expense has been spared in the high quality design and detailed features...from the roomy balcony we were spoiled with views to the beach, sea, sun and foggy far Thassos outlines...on that beach you can lay in the sun from 6am to 8.30pm...there were free parking spots...always good water pressure for showers and well functioning AC system(brand new, also)...the apartment is filled with beautiful natural light due to double glass windows...we are thankful for the care, politeness and cakes, Nikoleta and Giannis!!

Nicoleta is a great host, the apartment is exceptional, a perfect place for vacation, right next to the sea. You have everything you need in the apartment, Nikoleta thought of everything. If the road takes us, we will stop by again for a few days to rest. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location next to the beach, wide sea view, high standard of the appartment and design. The host sevice was perfect as well. We find Nea Roda really nice town for summer stay - there is everything you need - supermarkets nearby, restaurants, playgrounds for children, places for a walk, very good starting point for one day trips (eg. Ammouliani Island).

Superb apartment. Fantastic location - right on the beach. Brand new and stylish furniture. Very easy communication with the owners. Amazing views from both the terrace and living room. Very well stocked kitchen utensils - coffee machine, milk foam maker, sandwich press and etc. Easy parking in front of the building. TV with Netflix. Good internet. Would visit again for sure.

“The loft apartment looked exactly like the pictures”
Very tidy and lovely sea view studio just few meters away from the beach equipped with everything you need. The recent renovation makes this lovely studio the perfect destination. Nikoleta & Giannis are great hosts, always available when you need them and they shared all the information about the area. We had a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Nea Roda!
