Appartment 1.The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment very clean. The position is perfect, close to the beach and silent. Very appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge and the nespresso coffee!

“Amazing apartment”
Amazing apartment! It is exactly like shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and helpful, but if I must choose one thing that highlighted this apartment, it should be its cleanliness. Everything was spotless clean.

I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it is placed 2 minutes by foot from the beach. The apartment was cleaned every other day, with fresh towels and sheets. The wifi works perfectly. It is just like in the pictures, perfect for families with children.

It's a brand new and well-decorated studio. Strong Wi-Fi connection. It was very quiet so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The host was very friendly and gave us useful tips for the area.

“Great place for a relaxing stay”
The room is great, exactly as in the photos, very well equipped and very clean. The location at first seems a little puzzling, as the building is almost at the end of the village, the Xerxes Canal is not a typical historical site and now looks like it's a hay field with some horses, but it's there somewhere underneath. It turned out this is a plus, as it's very quiet and calm, still being on 3-4 mins walk from the local beach. The communication with the host was effortless and pleasant. Cleaning and towels/sheets change was done every 3 days. The room had everything, including mosquito nets and the possibility to leave your window open at ventilation position during the night without being afraid someone might get in the room. The beach in Nea Roda is sandy and the sea is calm, there are also other decent beaches nearby.
