Modern, clean and cozy apartments with small, but well equipped kitchen. Very attentive hosts and friendly staff. There is a small yard with lemon trees and playhouse. Location is great if you desire calm holidays: away from touristic places, nice beach nearby, Lidl and Masoutis is 10 min driving, centrum of Nea Roda is around 500m. Close to the ferry to Ammouliani island.

The sea view immediately caught my eye, and we chose the apartment on the upper floor. The location is good – within walking distance to the beach and relatively close to the pedestrian street by the sea in Nea Roda, with its lovely tavernas. The owner is pleasant and kind, with great attention to detail. She gave us various helpful tips. Her 12-year-old son Kyriakos welcomed us and even helped us settle into the apartment. Well done, young man – you’re doing great! We had three wonderful days there. We highly recommend visiting.

An extremely pleasant and peaceful place. The room was very cozy, tidy and clean. For a five-day stay, they cleaned twice (change of sheets, towels). There is a parking space. There are great beaches nearby, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. For lovers of sea adventures, boats are available for rent in Ouranopoli, where it is overcrowded, which is why we chose Meltemi in Nea Roda without regretting it for a minute. The hostess is a young, kind and smiling lady who will help you with everything you need.

Very nice place, coquettish, super clean guesthouse, the best towels, i was sleeping like at home. I highly recommend it. The owner Eleni, waiting us with the car in the bus station and give all the informations to have a nice holiday, also if u need to rent a car, a boat, you can ask and she will facility to rent. And it is a supermarket in this village, don t need to go at Lidl in another village. Was a nice holiday with my family and friends. Thank you so much Eleni (Meltemi). It was very clean, new and very close to the beach Super friendly host :) The village is nice, not busy and this was great. However, if you want you can also drive to Ouranoupoli which is a busier area.
