The property seems brand new and was sparkling clean. The beach is close by, and the breakfast was excellent. We had to leave a little earlier than the official start of breakfast time, and the very lovely staff went out of their way to fix us something.

We had a great stay at Kochyli Garden Studios. Our maisonette was very clean, modern, and well equipped. The breakfasts were not buffet-style but varied and filling every day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the city beach is just a short walk away. The location is also convenient, not far from the airport.

The room was very clean, location is great next to the beach and tavern, free parking right next to the apartment, staff is very friendly and there to help if you need anything. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again

The building beautiful and modern, garden very relaxing, the entrance and room super clean! Linen clean and fresh. And the room itself beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach and other shops. Amazing fulfilling breakfast. Highly recommend

The house has only 4 apartments, so it's quiet. The garden is quite large and green. And the apartment is very modern and minimalistic, clean and comfortable. It's about 100 m from Kochyli Taverna where the breakfast is served. The breakfast is very good.

The owners as well as all the stuff are extremely friendly and nice with an attention to details. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very cozy and colorful. Working AC. Lovely breakfast - different variation every morning. Bar service at the beach. Fully recommended!
