“The best place in Nea Plagia where you could stay”

The rooms we had was modern and clean. Had all the required items needed for our stay. They even had utensils for light cooking. Easy to access. Close to the beach.

While we appreciate the efforts made by the staff, our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not what we had hoped for. The property is in serious need of renovation, both inside and out – the rooms and common areas feel quite dated, and signs of wear are noticeable throughout. This significantly detracts from the overall comfort and atmosphere. If you're looking for that authentic Greek charm, the location is quite disappointing. The surrounding area has more of a cheap fairground vibe, with loud, cluttered tourist shops and little of the calm, picturesque feel one associates with Greece. It feels commercialized in a way that lacks soul – though, to be fair, that’s not entirely the hotel’s fault. We couldn't help but notice that the staff seemed exhausted, likely overworked, although they remained polite. Sadly, this made the service feel rushed and impersonal. The management was inflexible and not particularly welcoming when it came to simple requests or adjustments. The breakfast is fixed (not buffet-style) and, although it tries to give an impression of variety, the quality of the food was very poor – mostly cheap items that lacked flavor or freshness. Honestly, a smaller, more carefully chosen selection would have made a much better impression. In summary, the hotel needs a complete renovation, both in infrastructure and approach. With a better-managed team, improved food quality as it could offer a much more enjoyable experience. For now, it falls short on delivering the Greek atmosphere many travelers come for.
