The apartment is close to the beach and the centre of the city, there is free parking and stores near by. The host was welcoming and the apartment was spotless!

We were absolutely delighted with these apartments! Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, and attention to every detail. The apartment was well-prepared for our stay — fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Bed linen and towels were impeccably clean, freshly ironed, and pleasantly scented — small things that create a true feeling of home. The location is fantastic: the sea, shops, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and the city center are all within walking distance. In the evenings, you can enjoy the atmosphere on the pier — the view of the sea and the shimmering lights reflecting in the water is truly magical. Special thanks to Nektarios (the owner of the appartment) for his hospitality, kindness, and helpful advice. Thanks to his recommendations, we discovered the best beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything he suggested was indeed wonderful, which made our stay rich and unforgettable. We would be more than happy to come back here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality holiday in Greece!

The apartment is very nice with everything you need. In front of it there is a large parking lot with lots of free spaces. It is close to the alley with restaurants. In Nea Michaniona there are no nice beaches, but 15km away in Epanomi there are very clean water and cool bars.

Apartman je prekrasno uređen, sa novim namještajem, sa svim potrebnim stvarima za boravak. Izuzetno čist sa predivnim balkonom i velikim parkingom ispred. U blizini su restorani i supermarket. Sve pohvale za divnog domaćina koji nam je uvijek bio na usluzi. Takođe sve pohvale i za dvije divne i ljubazne komšinice.

It's a very clean and cozy apartment, at just a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, farmacies, and everything you might need. The owner is extremely nice, very welcoming and ready to help with absolutely anything. There is also free parking, ac, TV, fully equipped kitchen. The hot water at the sink and shower comes right away (not how it happens with many accommodations that you need to wait a couple minutes to get hot water). Also, the neighbours are an absolute delight. It's a peaceful neighborhood, we stayed during the weekend and it was amazing being on the balcony and no noise disturbing you.

“Great stay - highly recommended”

Greatly refurbished property in an old building, but when you enter the door you arrive in another dimension where everything is brand new. The studio is very comfortable and has all the amenities one may need for either a short or a longer stay. The host is great - easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and showed up to receive us at the front door. Location-wise the property is in a quiet but lively village very close to Thessaloniki and other places of interest around, like the Angelochori Lake where we went to see the pink flamingos, which were spending the winter there. In the village, there are many good simple as well as upscale restaurants, all we went to were fantastic.
