Very well equipped, clean and cozy apartment. You can feel at home. Beautiful view of the Bay from the large terrace. The washing machine and iron, especially when there are children, is an additional advantage. Everything is close, to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The owner is a wonderful person who recommended the most interesting and best in the area. A great sense of security because the owner was interested in our comfort and was available to answer all questions.

The big terrace where you can relax

We stayed a few days in June and were so pleased, we booked a second stay in July ! It is so close and convenient for us who live in Athens.

Spacious apartment with two air conditioners, a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and had everything we needed (enough towels, equipped kitchen, grill, umbrella and beach chairs...). We had the option of using 2 bicycles, although we did not use them because we had a rented car. Communication with the owner was through WhatsApp and it worked great, the owner was very kind and provided a lot of information.

Very nice apartment, literally 5-minute walk to a pebble beach, where water is crystal-clear. The place is fully equipped, and the owner even provides very nice add-ons such as beach equipment and bikes, and he is always available to provide help or guidance even if remotely. The terrace is extremely pleasant, roomy and well furnished. You can find everything you need in Nea Makri, many supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and an exceptionally beautiful unspoiled sandy beach can be found 20 minutes away in Schinias. You do need a car to get around, but rentals at the airport can be found at very competitive prices.

We could say, that we liked everything - location, nearby beach, tavernas, local bakery, children playground, We also liked very much, that the area was not the tourist hot spot, but most of the people were locals. Even you could buy very local things from the mini market. Last but not least, everything what you need for the holiday, was just in the walking distance:

Lovely spacious apartment with a big outdoor space. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Short walk to the beach. The host was very good at communication and available to answer any questions and made great suggestions of places to eat and a lovely bakery 2 mins walk away. Parking available on the street outside. In a lovely residential area.

Great location, like a old times neighbour. its just a walking distance to gas station, supermarket, tavern, bakery, park, church etc. Great neighbour for romantic walks, hearing the birds singing and smelling the flowers, very close to the beach. Only 5 minutes car drive away is Nea Makri that you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies… everything!

Everything was great! Apostolis, the owner, who is very friendly and communicative, made our accommodation smooth. The apartment is welcoming, elegant, very well equipped and clean (bed linen, towels, hygiene and cleaning products at our disposal), located in a residential, quiet and safe area, with a superb view over the sea and the surroundings. The kitchen is chic and well equipped, the bed very comfortable, as well as the sofa bed in the living room. Our favorite place was the huge veranda, which surrounds the whole apartment (here we enjoyed dining, reading books, lounging, basically doing whatever we liked). In the hot afternoons we preferred to stay inside, where there is air conditioning, high speed internet and plenty of space for socializing. The distance to the nearest beach is a 5 minute walk, with shops and tavernas in the area, where the food is great and the locals are very friendly. We came without our personal car, so we walked a lot, mostly towards Nea Makri. I've spent wonderful days here with my wife and my son, and would happily return another time.
