The host Alex was excellent providing detailed location and advice. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable providing all amenities needed. Alex has gone the extra mile to ensure his guests are well catered for during their stay, providing a fully stocked Nespresso machine, a large Samsung tv that provides all your streaming needs including auto   airplay, large modern fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, USB wall access points, WiFi and more. We visited at the end of September/October the beach front location quiet and comfortable. There is gated parking at the apartment block and an apartment balcony overlooking the magnificent sea view. Booking a visit to stay at Blue Vision is a must for anyone who wishes to visit Nea Makri as a break or to visit the surrounding archeological sites in the Marathon area. A perfect location, host and property.

The view from the balcony is wonderful! The place is really a few steps from the beach, it has modern utilities, AC both, in the bedroom and living room and it looks exactly as described in the ad. Included is a private parking place. Our host was very attentive, friendly, very easy to keep in contact with, communication worked smooth, great attitude, gave us very good tips about the surroundings. Altogether, we had a great stay! The view from the balcony is amazing. What a sunrise ! What a view ! It was hard to leave but we'll come back :) The location is very modern and located in the heart of Nea Makri, a lot of restaurants are available around, no need to take the car. The city especially during weekend is very animated, I dind't expected to this but the ambiance is nice. The host was helpful and nice, he replied very quickly at our questions via the booking message but also by phone. I enjoyed 500% the huge balcony and the view on the sea (I still see it :) I'll not mention that the sunrise is just splendid. This will be my location for a second stay in Nea Makri. The appart is just perfect. How about the big TV screen and big sofa, in case of rain, you'll have the perfect cinema evening. Just near the elevator entrance you'll find lemons for a tasty limonade :) Moreover the host has the juice machine so just enjoy the lemons. Also coffee machine and a lot of cooking material if you want to be a chef during your holiday. This location is perfect for a weekend, a week, a month or even more :)

“Appalling and expensive experience!”

Nothing. Hard to locate, poor, poor communication with the owner and little thought and care for how we might find and access the apartment. It is easier for Alex to communicate with us in his own country than the reverse; internet and phone is not so easily accessible and language can be a barrier. The owners of other AirBnb apartments we stayed at in Greece were proactive and took the initiative of contacting us up to 2 days ahead of our stay with full and detailed instructions about the location and how to access the apartment. They were helpful and welcoming. This was totally lacking in this case. What I would really like is to be refunded the 120+ euros I paid Booking.com, some 2 months previously, to cover the cost of the 2 nights' accommodation I had to pay for again, through no fault of my own.

Great facilities, very modern, welcoming apartment in the heart of Nea Makri, right next to the harbour and beach. Had private parking space, which was one of the aspects we really wanted.

Everything else. Lovely apartment, large living area with huge TV, comfortable bed and sofas, nice shower and great balcony with a beautiful sea view. Apartment is in a very convenient location and there is a large secure parking lot.

The location is next to the sea, the host was excellent, and we loved our stay!
