Truly an amazing experience! Yannis and his mother Georgia were amazing! Kind, welcoming and friendly. The place was very clean and they had everything prepared. Georgia also came after couple of days to clean again. Yannis provided us with a guide to the town as well! We couldn't ask for more. The best booking experience one can have.

Yannis's apartment was more than perfect! We had amazing stay - the place was clean, so comfortable, quet and felt like home! The owner gave us suggestions for beach bars, restaurants, shops and everything we need! And even owner's mother gave us something sweet home made last night - we were so suprised! We can't reccommend enough Yanns's place! Thank you for everything!

Very pleasant, really good hospitality for the whole family. The town is very suited for families with kids. Great advice from the owners of the apartments for good local spots. The apartments had everything necessary and were also very tidy and clean. I would rate an overall 11/10, so would heavily recommend.

Everything!From the host Mr.Yannis and his lovely mom to the village itself which is small but lovely. The apartment is extremely convenient with everything you might need available. Clean, comfortable, nice sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchen, great balconies, window blinds, nets on the windows, AC, parking on the street with always free spaces within 10 meters of the entrance. Everything!Everything! Next to the apartment a lovely bakery with tasty breads and snacks, 2 mini-markets with the most tasty fruits, pharmacy and a small restaurant( the best chicken souvlaki). In the next street which is the seaside street 2 lovely restaurants.Within 2 minutes with car lovely beach with different options. The bigger village Nea Kalikratia is 5 minutes by car.Its busy but has many restaurants and entertainment only if you find where to park. For so many years vacationing in Greece this was the most cool, easy and enjoyable vacation we had. I recommend this apartment for peaceful, quiet vacation but in the same time close to everything you might need as restaurants and lovely beach options. “The best place to stay at”

The apartments are amazing. Everything is very clean and it was even cleaned again during our trip. Host is sooo friendly and helpful, he answers very quickly and is always trying he's best to help with any problem. Everything in the apartments was exactly how it was supposed to be and the hospitality of Mister Yannis and his mother was more than we could ever dream of. I recommend to visit this place, if you want to have the best holiday of your life.

“Great place with the most friendly host”

It was an amazing experience. We have never seen such a welcoming and friendly host as Yannis proved to be. He helped with everything we needed and even offered us some local recomandations as restaurants, Coffee shops and sightseeing points. The apartment is looking great, everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to place all your stuff and with shutters for all the windows. The apartment also has a great place to spend your time outside on the balcony. As a nice surprise we were expected with cold water and ice cubs in the freezer. We really enjoyed our stay here and we recommand this place with pleasure.

Traveled with a family of two adults and one child (rested from 21 August -31 August 2023, 10 nights) Perfect cleanliness, nice smelling towels and bed linen. Spacious apartment with large kitchen and comfortable beds. Everything is so comfortable and clean that you feel at home. There is absolutely everything for a comfortable and excellent stay! Conforms to all requirements and photos specified by the owner. Nearby in 1 minute there is an excellent, very tasty bakery, shops, taverns, a pharmacy and everything is nearby. You can drive to Lidl in 10 minutes. Also nearby there is also a wonderful area with many taverns and shops within a 10-15 minute drive. Separately, I want to note the wonderful owner Yannis with his wonderful mother, who are always in touch, friendly, very caring, always ready to help. Thank you very much for everything, good luck and all the best!!! Highly recommend to those who want to enjoy a convenient location and excellent service!!!!

The apartment was very clean and newly renovated. It was very well equipped, so you really don’t need to think about bringing anything extra besides clothes. The host is very kind and reaponsive. Big thanks to him!

The apartment is big enough and was well equipped with everything you need. The location is great, right in the center of the town, but at the same time it is calm and quiet enough. There is a large kids playground nearby. The sea can also be seen from the terrace. The host is very kind.

We had a perfect stay here, the apartment is exactly as shown and described on booking. Very comfortable, spacious and fully equiped. It is close to the beach and to local small food stores and bakery. It is also very private, you can enjoy intimacy. The host is very helpful and prompt to any question or query. We booked 4 adults instead of 4 adults and 1 child of 7 years old, we found out only upon arrival when the host told us he was expecting 4 adults only and that he would bring extra towels for the child. He didn't charge us extra and he was very nice about the situation. Very positive experiencel, excellent service and conditions overall. We will certainly come back.

Very good location, beach nearby. Quiet sandy beach ideal for families with small children. Host is very friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. The village is quiet with only a few tourists! :)
