Just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Nea Iraklia in Kallikrateia, Filoxenia features a bar- restaurant amidst its lush garden. Consisting of 3 separate buildings, the property offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. The air-conditioned studios of Filoxenia enjoy views over Thermaikos Gulf or the blossomed garden. Each bright and airy unit includes an LCD TV and a kitchenette with fridge. Everything in the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is great - the beach is right across the street, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. We had a great time and loved the place, would definitely recommend.

Great lication, apartman big enough for 3, with bathroom bigger than we used to see in Greece. Like in good all times, you have clean space, bed and bathroom, kitchen with all you need. All is as it was written. What we aporeciated the most, was safe parking and big terrace. Close ti Sahara beach and Nea Kalikratia. We recommend this place.

“If you're looking for a place to have a calm holiday, with warm sea, you've just found one.”
First of all, with a great manager with good English skills like Elena, you can overcome any obstacles. Such good and prompt management I really have not seen in a while. About the place itself, the location is perfect, literally a 3-minute walk from a sandy beach. I liked the vibe of Nea Irakleia, being off the beaten track, quite calm even during the peak season, but still with the amenities like supermarkets and restaurants with most things you need. Greek hospitality needs no extra mentioning and I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that most people were able to have a basic conversation in English. The place is also nice and calm for the evening walks, even though the official promenade is quite short. And if you're looking for a busier, crazier place, you'll find Nea Kallikrateia nearby...and be happy to come back after a day trip. Before you leave, make sure to taste Elena's frappé. It's the best!

The place is so close to the sea.Sea is beatiful,There are beach bars..The room was very clean,the owners were lovely.But coffee machine should be in the room.It was problem for us,leaving the room for just coffee was tiring.We thank you for everything

You really pay for the location-it's right by the beach. But for the money you pay, the facilities are just a bit too old and could use some renovations. But all in all, it's a great stay for a couple of days, I recommend it.

“Acceptable price for sleep over practically on beach.”
Beach is over the street and the place is really quiet and peaceful, balcony is spacious and you can enjoy and relax on it.

A hotel just by the sea, you just cross the street and...you are on the beach with free sunbeds provides by beach bars. The rooms are not very spacious but they comprise of a kitchen annex with basic facilities, a bathroom and a balcony. Free parking space is provided. There two tavernas and a bar within 5 mins walking distance. The beach is not very crowded even in peak season, so it's an ideal place for a short summer break!
