Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Luggage store. A little bit out of the center and some local guys are standing the whole day and night in front of the hotel, shouting and loud talking. A little bit scary.

I would have given a better rating if we hadn’t booked two rooms. Our room was okay, although it could have been cleaner. However, my sister’s room was terrible — very small, without a window, and the toilet seat was missing. I asked to change the room and, although the owner was not very willing at first, he eventually offered another room for an extra charge. He also did not seem to understand why the missing toilet seat was a problem for us.

The hotel concierge was so helpful. He arranged all our day excursions with an amazing guide. The hotel kept our luggage in a secure storage after we checked out so we could enjoy a full day exploring all Nazca has to see. He allowed us to relax on the balcony in the evening until it was time to depart. The bus terminal was across the street and easy to walk there.

I greatly appreciate the late check in (late arrival of my bus). The room is clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast is simply amazing! What a great start of the day. Sitting on the terrace with fresh scrambled eggs, juice/coffee, bread and jam.

It is really close to the Bus stations and anyway, you can walk easily to the town. Also they were very helpful with organizing the flight over the Nazca lines, that was great and everything worked out very fine.

Close to Cruz del Sur bus terminal. Renzo was very helpful in arranging transport to the Nazca lines viewing points and also booked overflight for us. Good value for money. Got a room at the back, which was relatively quiet compared to the street side.
