“Peaceful and tranquil hotel in a beautiful garden”

The peace and quiet - it truly felt like an oasis. Very very hot water - great for having a bath (fill bath and allow to cool) but almost too hot for a shower. We liked the beautiful garden (but apply insect repellent for mosquitoes). On the day of our departure, Ivan kindly let us put our luggage in storage and relax in the garden during the afternoon. We ate in the hotel once and enjoyed the food (pleasantly surprised after reading some other reviews) although it was a bit more expensive than equivalent restaurants in town.

It is a very quiet location and the gardens are nice. There was a nice lounge area to read in. Nice pool area although we didn't use it.

“Gorgeous oasis of peace and serenity!”

This really is an oasis of calm and beauty! We stayed for 4 nights and felt so relaxed. The gardens are lovely and you see hummingbirds all the time. The room was huge and there was plenty of hot water. The restaurant was open all day and the kitchen accommodated my vegetarian diet.

1 - Ivan, the concierge and receptionist was very helpful and started communicating with me even before our arrival. I liked how he is fast to respond. 2 - He also offered to help us book the Nazca flight tour, so for others customers reading this review, if you stay here, I think it is convenient to have the hotel make the arrangement for you. The car will come pick you up to the Maria Reiche airport that is five minutes away and you don't need to spend too much time sitting around waiting. 3 - The dinner was surprisingly pretty good (even the wine options were savory as well). 4 - The water was hot and smooth but it was a bit difficult stabilizing the temperature. However, we are in the middle of a desert and the local people have regulated and restricted water access, so we feel very privileged that our hotel provided a decent shower. 5 - They had a cute cat and dog. The dog was pretty shy but the cat would always come around dinner time and allow you to pet (in exchange for food).

What a lovely peaceful place to stay. Comfortable accommodation with lovely gardens which have lots of places to relax. Pool is lovely to cool off from the sun. Strong, stable wifi, good food in the restaurant and a magically peaceful vibe which is totally absorbing and relaxing. It really is lovely here. The whole place is exceptionally clean in the rooms and all of the garden seating areas. Special mention too for Ivan who was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble, organised everything from taxis into town to a replacement tour when ours was cancelled by the operator. We would tell anyone visiting Nasca to stay here and nowhere else.

The parking was convenient and the room size was good. I ordered a garden salad and it was excellent. The flowering trees are beautiful.

everything! honestly I don't think we can out into words how much we enjoyed this hotel. we arrived late at night and were taken straight to the room, which was huge! me and my partner didn't see each other all night as the bed was that big! the shower was refreshing after the travel. the next morning we were served a selection of food for breakfast. the staff organised us a private tour of the nazca lines with a lovely guide at a very good price of 90sol per person. we enjoyed an afternoon by the pool where there is a lovely area to the back of the hotel, before evening meal where the chef opened the kitchen just for us. we were sad to say we had only booked the one night before moving on to cusco.
