I am Italian and I like the high level of clean of the GuestHouse, the new furniture, the services available. I like also the receptionist who helped us many times to find a solution with my mother and her wheelchair.

The check in time was supposed to be from 12pm but the room was ready at 3pm, the host didn't welcome us with instructions and we had to contact them to collect the payment before check out
