Wonderful staff, so friendly and willing to help! They kindly upgraded us to a better room with a balcony, which was perfect for my kid, and even allowed us a late check-out. The pool area is great and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

- The food was great , both breakfast and dinner (mainly on Friday) - Spa facilities - Attentive service and smooth check-in experience (+ We were upgraded to a more luxurious room)

First thing we noticed was that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Breakfast is great. The facilities in general are quite good, with a lot of nice details, stunning reception and restaurants, great views, but the rooms are a bit plain - nothing you can't live with though!

The bar and bartenders were very good, didn’t mind ordering off the menu. The restaurant right next to the hotel was exquisite, great menu, excellent service. Rooms, pool everything was clean, organized. We really liked the hotel and how easy the access was to this gorgeous city.

the view was amazing and the front desk was very kind, also the breakfast had lots of varieties and was delicious

The room size that we choose (deluxe woth balcony) was [erfect for us. The bad was comfortable, good airvondition, good size and clean bathroom, Coffe machine and electric cettle with nice varient of tea bags, 2 bottles of water every day.... The swimming pools (in door) was big enough, great hot Sauna and nice Jacuzzi. The only little minus was the aircondition in the fitness room - it was tured on exactly when we arrived, so the room was not cold enough for running... they need to turn it on 1 hour BEFORE guests are coming (especially in the Israeli summer).
