Overview
Set in southern Nazareth, overlooking the city and Jezreel Valley, Golden Crown is a large resort and conference centre, offering a swimming pool, free gym and excellent public transport links. Located 2 km south of Nazareth's Old City, Golden Crown Hotel is ideal for visiting Nazareth as well as the holy sites around the Sea of Galilee, 30 km away. Haifa, Israel's third largest city, is 40 minutes' away by car on the Mediteranean coast. Parking is free at the Golden Crown and buses stop nearby for Nazareth city centre. Decorated in a Middle Eastern style, the hotel offers air conditioned rooms and come with cable TV, a fridge and coffee maker. They also have a private bathroom with hairdryer. A large Israeli buffet breakfast is served each morning, which includes salads, cakes, a variety of Israeli cheeses and hot and cold drinks. The lobby has free Wi-Fi access and a bar serving light snacks. Guests have free use of the gym, hot tub and saunas.

“when the price doesn't match the quality”
Breakfast, bed, thats is all. Spa center 10/10. NEGATIVE : Entering the Golden Crown Hotel, you find yourself in a beautiful lobby, which makes you think of a good hotel.Unfortunately, it is not.Yes, unlike many hotels in Israel, it is clear that they are trying to clean the rooms, and breakfasts and dinners (for which you pay separately) are really tasty, with a variety of different foods to choose from. But this is not a panacea for a good place. Let's start from the very beginning - the beautiful Golden Crown Hotel is located in a residential area of the city of Nazareth, this city is so-so, very dirty and full of marginal personalities. When you leave the hotel, you will just go to the road and wastelands, because if you go to this hotel, you plan to spend your main time there.For these purposes, the hotels have a spa center - Crown Spa and a gym, which are really a 10/10 place, but we are not talking about that.When you buy a room that is not cheap, such as Business Class, you expect the spa to be included in the price of your stay. But no,imagine my surprise, even if you live in this hotel in rooms that they consider to be among the best, you pay for the spa separately! Staying at a hotel doesn't even give you any discount on a spa trip! A greedy owner is greedy in everything, but more on that later. We arrived at the hotel - and we were put into a room, we were immediately surprised by several things, firstly, I could not pay for the spa from the reception, and secondly, I was offered to go down with all the things to the spa and arrange with them myself, instead of calling them from the reception and negotiate for me. Lack of service from the first minutes. When I go down to the spa, dragging 3 bags along, and by the way, why don't the hotel staff carry my bags to the room themselves? Or I didn't buy a Business Class room from them?
