“Extremely disappointing experience as a NRI visitor”
Do not book this place as a foreign visitor. I am extremely disappointed with the service and facilities of this hotel. I was told that no visitors were allowed in the room at anytime. I wasn't informed about this at the time of the booking or when I called to check the room details. When I said this woukd be an inconvenience and wont be staying no alternative were offered or no apologies either. Instead staff Dharmesh just handed the bags. When thus was raised with manager Rajesh nothing was done either. He too disappeared to assist with a Banquet booking with advising me to wait or for a call back, customer service is extremely poor from staff and manager at this hotel. NRI VISTING NAVSARI PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. Still waiting to hear back g for a call back from the hotel.

The reception was friendly and they treated us well. Our guests were told to wait for us politely. The location was good. the rooms were modern, neat and spacious. The pictures of the place on the website correlated.
