“A truly unforgettable experience”

Amazing location with beautiful views from our terrace. The room was fantastic, with very comfortable mattresses and everything we needed for a perfect stay. Monica from reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she helped us discover some amazing attractions in the surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent as well — great coffee, fresh bread, and a fantastic selection of food.

“Navajas is a gorgeous village in the mountains and a great base to visit Montanejos.”

The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station or bus stop in Navajas. The train service is currently not running because of work on the line in Sagunto. The Hotel is a gorgeous period building, and we had the Candela room with a view of the Torre and a terrace with a view over the garden and town. It's well positioned to stroll into town and down to the Salto de Novia waterfall. The staff were very helpful and had good English skills when my Spanish failed.

“Average”

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Last year, the trip was very good and I liked the fact the property was a bit quirky. This year, I thought the property had gone downhill a bit. Access to both the property and room is now all digital with nobody around when you arrive. Last year there was a nice lady who made me feel very welcome and was able to sell me a beer after my long journey. Now breakfast doesn’t start until 9 am, which is a bit late if you are on the road, and I thought the whole ambience in the property was very sterile.

Everything! The property itself is really beautiful, and is in a lovely location. The rooms are comfortable, with nice beds, fans and air conditioning. The owners are amazing! They are so welcoming and helpful in every way - they just make you feel at home the minute you arrive. A fabulous place and we will certainly be back!

“Well worth a visit !”

Looks amazing , staff fantastic , would have rated higher , however the hotel restaurant was shut on the evening we stayed - this was a real shame as we were overnighting on a long road trip. The back up restaurant was good , but we were pretty tired. Breakfast in the hotel was great and Eva is fabulous - we will return and spend more nights.

“Peaceful country retreat”

Location was good for a short stop from France to Spain. Small balcony with garden view, unable to use as it was raining heavily,which was a shame.

The hotel was a lovely, grand old building with history. It was spacious and very comfortable. Having previously stayed somewhere with very poor water pressure, the water pressure here was exceptional, and very welcome indeed! The hotel was well located, just a short walk from both the centre of town and to country walks all around. The hotel staff were really pleasant and helpful, serving us unscheduled coffee outside and again upstairs next morning. Neither time were we charged for this. They also helped us with directions and advice about restaurants.

A great place to spend a few relaxing days, while exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is very nice and well-maintained . The location is great. There are parking places at the hotel. Also our two Golden Retrievers were very welcomed, so it is truly a family, pet-friendly hotel. :)
