“Terrible will definitely avoid with a barge pole in the future!”
I was given a room key, went into my room,received a phone call family emergency so had to leave straight away. I took the key back to reception and requested a refund as I hadn't been in the room 5 minutes. They refused point blank!

Breakfast was not kept at proper holding temperature. Property did provide a place to sleep and a shower.
