“Terrible service with no respect to customers”
I am really sorry, but we had a terrible experience with them. We booked a room in advance and we got the confirmation that the booking is approved (via email). We informed the hotel that we will arrive late (around 24:00). Once we arrived there,(around 1am) another couple was ahead which didn't have a reservation (we heard the conversation) and the receptionist decided to give a room to them. Once our turn came, the receptionist informed us that he couldn't find our reservation (lying) when we had already received the confirmation that the booking is reserved and that our special request is approved (we requested a quiet and sunny room). Before we leave the area, he cancelled the reservation (without asking us) and we got the confirmation via email. The receptionist was lying on us pretending that it wasn't him who did it. Of course, we didn't have any pleasure to stay in such a place but we traveled from Sao Paulo to Natal and at 1pm we didn't have a room to stay. These are not practices that customers need to face and you need to be aware of. Thank you.
