“terrible experience, horrible service”
A/C was terrible, cold breakfast, rude staff, this hotel doesn't compare to the kind of service you get in Natal. I stayed for one night and I wouldn't go back.

“I liked but did not enjoy my stay because of the poor environment, they boot invest in confort the place it’s not cosy”
The place it’s cool but very poor interior installation etc.. the mattress was horrible, poor .. air conditioning very noise etc.. not confort at all , but I asked to change my room , the staff did helped ! But around it’s poor .

“friendly staff, jacuzzi with the best view in town. panoramic view.”
The view is incredible, is well located. staff are also very welcome and try the best to accommodate the clients needs, special highlight to the service of Francilene and Hezica. both made our check in easier and did the best to facilitate our stay and changes of rooms.

“Well located basic hotel.”
Location is good, swimming pool and free breakfast, reception staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were also very attentive.

“Didn't stay. We left for the healthy, safety and comfort of our 4 month old baby.”
It was unsuitable for our needs. The ac didn't work. There was no hot water to give our baby a Luke warm bath. There were bugs on the night stand.
