The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. They had games around the pool and the Breaky was the best we have had so far!

We were checked in efficiently and shown to our rooms. In the sultry early hours under harsh blue LED lights our first impressions were not good, the room seemed sparsely furnished and stuffy as we entered it, the corridors a little bare. But, our first impressions were wrong. In the morning in daylight the Hotel looked much jollier, the beachfront and "in the middle of it" location could hardly be better. Even the sparse hotel furnishing became clearer as Scandinavian influenced efficient adequateness rather than an absence of quality, the owners and management are Norwegian as is apparent from two truly huge mural photographs only visible to guests inside the hotel. The furniture and fittings were what you needed, of decent quality, sturdy and durable and things worked (e.g. room access via modern card system, aircon, fridge, safe, Smart TVs, shower, lights wi-fi etc). We stayed half-board and the food was good, the wines good and reasonably priced (two things that don't always go together in Brazil). We didn't find ourselves wishing we hadn't gone half-board in order to try out some of the options in the surrounding area and the city (maybe next time!). The pool area is shady and pleasant in the afternoon. The beach literally across the not too busy road where beach Barracas will look after you all day. Food, drink and comfort on the beach all day for £15-£30 a head, what's not to like.

Beautiful location and view of Ponta Negra beach - totally in front of the beach itself. Nice breakfast and very nice staff, attentive and agile at all times.

great family friendly hotel, location is hard to beat, just in front of the beach, and pleasant walk to the nearby restaurants. Breakfast were great, with big choice. We also had dinners included, which we liked very much, every day we had a chance to try different local dishes, the choice was great as well.

“Fabulous stay”

Ideal location right on the beach ..we stayed in a deluxe room with added rooftop balcony and added hot tub .the views from there are beautiful. The main balcony also had a hammock which was a lovely touch The ice cream place just outside is great value for money.

🤩 We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the location, comfort, cleanliness, and especially the service. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help. Definitely a place I highly recommend and would happily stay at again!

Excellent location, practically on the beach and almost at the end of a one-way street with shops and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, everything seems to be well-maintained in general. Good breakfast with a variety of selection, and excellent dinner (a lot of choice, but not too much choice, and every day a different food theme). The staff was very friendly and polite, had no problems whatsoever. Pool with a in-pool bar for relaxing even after sunset.

“Excellent staff and buffet dinner but disappointed with the loud music”

Excellent staff, we booked a room by the swimming pool which plays loud music 12 hours a day but they were able to move us to a quieter room far from the swimming pool area. We booked a half board accommodation and were very impressed with the buffet dinner. High quality, plentiful, tasty and varied. The room was well divided and spacious. Except for the loud invasive music, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere with families and older couples as guests.

The kindness of the staff is something that outstanding, they are very helpful and ready to overcome any situation. Room was clean, well organized with lot of space to store my belongs. Breakfast was good with many options of fruits, juice, breads and regional food such as tapioca Private parking space with no extra charge, luggage store with no extra charge Location is very good and i felt safety seen many police officers nearby the hotel during day and night.
