“EXCELLENT !!!”
Too many things to likes 1. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very respectful 2. The food is great, we had food prepared for dinner and breakfast for 2 days ! They explained the food to us. 3. The facilities - the resort is great ! everything is explained and it is free. Please take the time to explore ! 4. The comfort is apex !!! you can have your own onsen tub in your room ! WOW Overall, super worth it. Definitely will go there again.

“Lively room and food, highly inconvenient access to the hotel. Allow plenty of time for check in.”
It was beautiful and the food is excellent. The hot spring bath in the room was lovely. Staff were very polite.
