“Some very good points , weather stopped all water sports . Place generally needs mor maintenance looking old in”
Changed room due to poor quality in first room and works going on outside room in development to include diggers , tractors etc at Carolla. Moved to Javan better .

Pico de Loro itself is nice but the unit we stayed in is very bad! Watermarks on the ceiling, no hot water in one of the showers, just mattress on the floor for one of the 2 bedrooms and no blankets

If you are looking for a beach getaway in the south, I would recommend this place. It has around 5 buildings and each has an easy access to beach and pool. The flat in the building where we stayed at in Miranda B has a huge living room, a big dining table, a descent size of the room. It indicates that only 6 persons can fit in, but there are two tri-decker beds in one room (6 persons can fit) and another 2 queen size beds on another room (4 persons). It has a great view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms. Also, when the microwave was not working, they immediately change to new stock. :)

the condo has a great view, and generally well maintained. while there are no staff, security are polite and helpful. persons handling reservation are also accommodating and very responsive. mobile data and signal are good.

I like the beach and the pool. I like that the shuttle to take us anywhere was available any time. The room was okay spacious and clean. The care taker was very accommodating.
