The host, Ms. Aida, was very nice to accommodate a rebooking because I accidentally confirmed a wrong booking at the same place. She facilitated the guest list reservation form and endorsed it in no time. She also gave detailed information and instructions on who to get in touch. She also accommodated my request for early check in if the unit is available at past noon. The contact persons though were unreachable at the time we checked in (early) but the ladies at the reception lobby was very good to contact the caretaker, Kuya Tonio, who gave us the key and assisted us with our stuff! The rooms were ready and there was adequate purified water and kitchen/ dining utensils. Thank you and we will surely come back!

Nice to have the convenience of a shuttle to any location on the premises. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel and dinner at the cafe. The servers were polite and ready to respond to our requests. The beach was clean, There was a medical clinic at the hotel, which provided the necessary relief for our needs. The nurse was professional and helpful.

“Despite the above comments i would rate our stay there at 7.8 it clean and we feel like home”
1. The aircon in one of the rooms is not functioning well ( its hot) 2. There’s a leak coming from the unit above (3rd flr) that went down to our unit 214 particulary in the lavatory 3. Too little water comes out from shower

The owner was accommodating, she made sure to give me the caretaker's number and that me and my family were comfortable. It is our 5th stay in Pico de Loro but first time in Myna 214B. It literally resembles our home so we really felt at home this time =).
