“Almost paradise”

This 2BR unit was indeed a condotel, a cross between a condo and a hotel.The facilities were better than some 4-star hotels where I have stayed. The unit was hygienic clean and neat. There were hotel frills like even-temperatured hot water in the bathroom, hotel-like bed fittings, free toothbrushes, slippers, shower soaps, drinking water, coffee, some snacks, smart TV, excellent Internet connection, curated furnishings and a well-styled apartment. The only thing missing was a breakfast buffet on the first floor and room-service and this would be a full-blown hotel! The host and the staff of the unit and the neighborhood were top-notch. Very accommodating, helpful and quite endearing really. Even the security guards, receptionists and shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. The condo location is excellent. It is nestled in the first floor and among lush greenery. You could sit in the balcony and enjoy the nature and the view of the lagoon around you. The neighborhood is very beautiful, very clean with well-manicured gardens. The gardens were decorated with Christmas lights as it was December. The beach if about 500 small steps away. The beach is shallow, clean and quite lovely. You can swim then relax all day under the parasol and just enjoy the serenity. The beach sand is fine and light grey. There were plenty of black and white striped fish to tickle you. They even sold bibingka and puto bungbong by the beach as it was December. As a bonus, there is a lovely, air-conditioned chapel that celebrated mass plus misa de gallo in the evening. Overall, if there was a good supermarket closeby and I could retire here, life would be perfect.

The unit was very clean. The place smell good. The bathroom was nice and had toiletries. The kitchen had complete appliances for cooking.

The apartment was perfect. Very close walk to the beach, and the apartment was like staying at a friend's house, it was very homely.

1. The host was very informative with relevant messages sent in time through Booking.com. She was kind enough to receive us at the check-in area and explained the things around the resort. Her caretaker helped us check-in and was also available during check-out time. 2. The condo was aesthetically designed, with adequate amenities. Kitchen was well equipped with relevant utensils and appliances. 3. Rooms were spacious, comfortable with clean linen. 4. The overall feel of the unit was homely, with a nice view of the lake-side area covered with lush green surroundings.

I am grateful to Ms. Cynthia for being very accommodating, very kind, and understanding. There are so many freebies, and she gave me a gift on my birthday! The house is very beautiful, very clean, and close to the beach and swimming pool. Definitely, my family and I will come back. Very satisfied here.

Very clean, well-organized and the place has complete amenities. Perfect for families! The place is a few minutes' walk to the beach and is also a comfortable walk away to the pool area and restaurants. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. This is our second stay at this accommodation and standards were kept high! It was a very relaxing stay.

No breakfast

The place was amazing. Had the best location just a few steps away from the beach. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms/bathrooms and well-equipped and organized kitchen. We had the best time even if we stayed only overnight. The owner was very accommodating to our questions, good to communicate. Overall it was excellent. Definitely would book this again for our next trip to Pico.
