My name is Bary Gallentine. 4 months ago, I planned my trip to the Philippines. I had a family member that lives here make the reservation at your resort. Her name is Roxanne Tumamak. Our reservation was for Monday March 18 thru March 19. Our room number was G-04A. When we checked in, we found the following: We found extreme neglect around most of the door trims. There was black mold on the upstairs ceilings and upstairs small bedroom ceiling. The upstairs bathroom sink cupboard was held together with tape. There were 3 towels for 4 people. There was no hot water downstairs only upstairs. There were no coverings on the windows in the small upstairs bedroom. We called the front desk and were told to contact the building concierge. There was nobody there at each attempt. We decided to go swimming. When we got back, we discovered no hot water downstairs, only upstairs. As such, I decided to cook my family dinner. We discovered that the electric stove did not work. We called the front desk again. And we're told to contact the building's concierge. Again, nobody was there. We called the front desk again and they told us they knew the left burner didn't work. We told them both sides didn't work. We were told that stove would be replaced the next day ( after we leave.... go figure). This was disappointing to my family. They were looking forward to a big spaghetti dinner. I spent a lot of time and money preparing for this. When I called the last time, I was told I would get a call from the owner of that building. Naturally I did not get a phone call. Also, there was a lot of construction during the daytime. We were never notified that there was going to be construction during the time of the reservation. If I had known of this, I would have been able to change our plans. I travel frequently for work and pleasure. This will be known (and documented) as the worst resort I have ever stayed at.

The location of the unit is okay. The supplies and utencils that were provided surprised us. We did not expect such. But it provided comfort to guests as they will be encouraged to go back. They do not have to bring duplicates of what were provided. The concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us with our baggages. The security guards also were helpful in assisting with parking and calling for shuttle service.
