“Great food and great onsen with a stunning view,”
We were given Italian dinner instead of Japanese, no choice given. Was very disappointed at 1st but the Italian dinner turn out to be amazing, A refresher vs the Japanese we had in all our Ryokan stays. That was the highlight of the stay. The onsen is at the top floor with amazing mountain view. Nice design too. A definite 10 for this hotel.

“Good experience”
It is near the teddy bear museum. The view from the room is impressed and the Nasu five mountains is very beautiful. The dinner and the breakfast are both delicious. The hot spring for male and female will be change by day, so I could try this two in my this stay.

Excellent room, perfect onsen, good service. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Poor wifi. Few attending staff could speak english.
